The previous weekend, OSAKA ECONOMICS UNIVERSITY Track and Field Club were in Kurahashi Island and ALTRA JAPAN send a couple models of shoes for them to try on!

One of the models was the new VANISH XC version. Here on the specs!

It’s a fast, lightweight, super breathable, off-road model. Super responsive, close to ground feeling and of course, ZERO DROP.

Another model, the students tried out was the new SUPERIOR 4!

This is is a more substantial version than the VANISH XC offering more protection/cushioning from the trail. The new mold-to-foot upper fits like a sock and and surprisingly doesn’t flex too much while running.

All of the students did two ascents of HIYAMA starting at 6AM! Impressive!

It was many of the student’s first time using trail running shoes and they said they really liked the GRIP and were perfect for trail running.

Did you know that you can fly a toy drone for FREE at Carp Beach on Kurahashi Island, Hiroshima?
Recently we have been flying toy drones in our beach house and it has been super fun. Our Pro Drone Pilot and Drone Instructor, Mr. Matsuzaki has even set up a home-made course inside of the beach house for people hone-in their flying skills. It’s super fun and challenging to try to get through the rings.
Our beach house is wide and spacious so it is relatively easy to begin practice flying! We will be introducing Mr. Matsuzaki in a later blog to come!
